Note:  We produced TruEarth® 15-meter imagery using pure uncompressed Landsat 7 source data provided to TerraMetrics by NASA Stennis Space Center. Similar products have been generated using the publicly-released MrSID-compressed source data. MrSID is a lossy-compression scheme that compromises the quality of the resulting product. Products based on lossy-compressed source data exhibit reduced image fidelity that can have a negative impact when used in demanding applications.

Uncompressed source data and the unique TruEarth® natural-color process sets TruEarth® imagery apart from the rest.
